The Confianza Flood Risk Intelligence Solution is enabling both individual property and portfolio level Risk Assessment, Quote Prefill Automation and overall Underwriting Optimization.
Our proprietary technology instantly estimates First Floor Height (FFH), thereby integrating individual physical risk into comprehensive flood risk analysis.
Product Attributes:
1. Latitude / Longitude: The latitude & longitude of the property as indicated by the center of the image(s) used.
2. USGS Elevation (in ft): Ground elevation of the building provided by USGS.
3. First Floor Height (FFH in Ft.): indicating the elevation of first occupied floor above ground level.
4. Confidence: Level of certainty in the FFH measurement
5. Basement: Indicates whether the property has a basement (Yes/No).
6. FFH lowered (in ft): Potential reduction in FFH due to presence of a basement.
7. Raised with Enclosure: this element returns a (Yes/No) indicator if there is an enclosed elevation. Example: Garages, and other aspects of structure that cover the elevating members.
8. FFH raised ed (in ft): Potential adjustments to the FFH for a property with enclosed elevating members.
9. Flood Risk Score: A category (e.g., Low, Moderate, High) representing the property's flood risk level. The score is based on the proximity to a flood zone and the FFH values as well as annual NFIP claims amounts and counts.
10. Flood Hazard: Qualitative categorization of the flood hazard (e.g., Low, Moderate, High) which is only based on the intensity and frequency of historic flood events
11. Annual Flood Freq: Estimated frequency of flooding events affecting area in the vicinity of the property per year.
12. NFIP Annual Mean Amount Paid in Zip Code (in $): Average amount paid out annually in flood insurance claims within the property's ZIP code.
13. NFIP Mean Claims Count in Zip Code: Average number of National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) claims filed annually in the ZIP code.
14. FEMA Flood Zone: Official flood risk classification assigned by FEMA (e.g., AE, VE, X).
15. FEMA BFE (in ft): FEMA-designated Base Flood Elevation, representing the height to which flood waters are expected to rise during a base flood event.
